Our history

Sisplan expanded, evolved and multiplied its business. Along the way it became a strategic partner in its customers' growth, offering technology that goes well beyond the ERP.

With a high level of satisfaction, Sisplan's own customers began referring new ones. That is how the company grew: organically, continuously and consistently.

1996 - 2026

  1. 1996

    Beginning in Vale do Itajaí

    Sisplan grew out of the small software solutions one of its partners built for textile companies in the Vale do Itajaí region, Santa Catarina, Brazil.

  2. 2010

    Corporate restructuring

    A corporate restructuring organised the company and attracted business partners, preparing it to compete in the management software market.

  3. 2020

    Own headquarters in Indaial

    Sisplan invested in a headquarters with modern premises and infrastructure in Indaial.

    Opening · August 14, 2026

    New headquarters in Indaial

    Sisplan opens its new headquarters in Indaial, Santa Catarina, where the head office remains.

New headquarters

A new building in Indaial

Sisplan's head office gets a new building at the same address in Indaial, Santa Catarina. The drawing shows the massing of the project: the three-storey block, the glass bands and the taller circulation tower carrying the brand.

Our premises

Where the work happens

As it grew, Sisplan invested in improving its products and services and in developing its people. The Indaial premises were designed for that work: operations, training, meeting and support rooms, plus shared social spaces.
